Some pictures from my recent trip to a little place outside of the city where they have a fish farm (rainbow trout). Since this is a landlocked country, and fish is not easy to find (some fresh water fish is available but I don't like the taste so much). The trout was cooked in various ways, such as barbecued, stewed and fried, and they were all good.They catch the fish and cook them on the spot, so it is very fresh.
It was good to get out of the city as well.
